Starwinz Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual account holder and starwinz. They apply to the website, mobile experience, sports betting services, live casino games, slots, instant games, promotions, MYR payment facilities, and related player-support functions made available by starwinz.

Additional rules may apply to a particular promotion, sports market, tournament, game, or payment method. Such rules form part of this agreement. Where a promotion-specific rule conflicts with these general terms, the promotion-specific rule will apply only to that promotion. 2. Definitions

In this agreement, “account” means the personal player profile registered with starwinz. “player”, “you”, and “your” mean the verified individual using that account. “we”, “us”, and “our” mean starwinz.

“Wager” means a real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports market, or another eligible product. “Bonus funds” means promotional credit subject to wagering or withdrawal conditions. “KYC” means the identity and account verification procedures used by starwinz to support age verification, security, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering controls.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must keep your login details confidential and must not permit another person, including a family member, to use your starwinz account. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials unless you notify starwinz promptly about suspected unauthorised access. 4. Identity Verification and Security

Starwinz may conduct KYC checks before or after a deposit, withdrawal, promotion claim, or security review. Documents may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence, passport, proof of residential address dated within three months, a selfie holding identification, or evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder.

Verification usually takes 24 to 48 hours after complete and readable documents are received, but complex cases may require more time. Starwinz may delay a transaction while checking identity, source of funds, payment ownership, duplicate accounts, unusual activity, or possible fraud. 5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and MYR Payments

Starwinz may void a market affected by an obvious odds error, incorrect participant, technical malfunction, abandoned event, or integrity concern.

Casino results are determined by the applicable game system or live dealer outcome. Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, slots, poker, and instant games each have separate rules and return characteristics. No starwinz casino game guarantees a win, and past results do not predict future outcomes.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players must use starwinz only for personal entertainment and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Exploiting a technical fault, pricing error, delayed data feed, game malfunction, or payment vulnerability.
• Colluding with another player, manipulating markets, laundering funds, or disguising the source or ownership of money.

• Using starwinz while underage, self-excluded, or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.

Where starwinz reasonably identifies prohibited conduct, it may suspend access, investigate activity, void affected wagers, withhold improper gains, return legitimate funds where appropriate, or close the account. Any decision will consider the evidence available and applicable contractual obligations.

9. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Starwinz may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, security, payment, product, or operational changes. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

These terms are interpreted within the international licensing and contractual framework under which starwinz operates. Malaysian users remain independently responsible for compliance with Malaysian law. If one clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply to the fullest lawful extent.
